Grant Amendments

10 copies of Grant Amendment must be submitted to the Dubois County Substance Abuse Council if grant money has not been spent by the time reported on original grant application. Grantees must submit the grant amendment copies and a 2 – 5 minute oral presentation on the designated reporting date. The date can be found in the bottom right corner of grant acceptance letter.
