Progress Report

All grantees are expected to submit a written and oral Progress Report to the Council within two months of funds being utilized.  To be placed on the agenda for an oral report, please contact us at:

NOTE: Failure to submit a written and oral Progress Report will result in your agency becoming ineligible for future funding. You must submit a Progress Report before seeking similar grant funding.
